Backstory aside, I'm loving his new outfit! It's inspired by Goro Akechi (from Persona 5). I've always felt like he and Panic have similarities in personality, specifically all that fury and chaos hidden underneath the veneer of a gentleman scholar. Now, Panic looks like a prim and proper bastard.🥹
