#3206: Myojo Garlic Tamari Shoyu Yakisoba - Japan
Finished (click to enlarge). Added barbecue pork, soft egg, spring onion, shichimi togarashi, kizami shoga, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and sesame seeds. The noodles came out pretty well - a little tougher than I expect in a yakisoba but good nonetheless. The flavor was a strong garlicky hit with a soy sauce taste. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
