((As the SHSL Kunoichi, she’d probably be pretty cunning no matter what, though with her laidback attitude, she’d probably avoid the whole mutual killing thing since she’d consider it too easy and there’s no real motive for her to go with.

On the other hand, she’d probably be more susceptible to despair, seeing how she wouldn’t last long after even if everyone did escape. So if not on the mastermind’s side already, she’d probably use herself as a sacrifice for the other students if it came to that.))
