The staffs are friendly but merely inefficient. Birdie for the first time took almost an hour (exact 45 minutes) to settle the dealing in a bank with no people before me. And to my surprise, the following: I undersigned a clause, "I hereby agree that all information are true and correct". But to my surprise I need to fill in the information as per instructed. For the occupation part, Birdie does manage a runing business - @febillmarketing as both kuli and boss. But they get me not to disclose before #BPPT is meant for students only. Hence, Birdie would like to query if BPPT is indeed allocated for students only? If yes, where is the relevancy of this, knowing that most Master's students are working adult? Next for the Residential Address and Correspondance address. The staff of Bank Rakyat mentioned that Residential Address shall be seen as Permanent Address. What!? Here are Birdies definition of Residential Address, Permanent Address, and additional bonus, Corresponding Address.
