35yrs I've come to realize

♐️I’ve come to realize I speak life into the universe. It’s one thing for someone to tell you that you have the power to speak life and death but to speak life into your dying spirit and watch it be nourished, watch it be revived literally from the brink of self harm and destruction is another level of strength and belief. ♐️To speak and have faith that the universe has you in its midst is something totally different. Speak peace and watch the chaos settle. Speak life even when it seems life is killing you.

♐️I have come to understand that even when you reach out to someone who you feel will understand, even the deepest sistas will sit and gossip so be prepared to have that peace process interrupted even if it’s just for a brief moment with side comments of you at a bar so you can be the one to tell instead of them. Just know that you are still getting to that freedom moment that chance to breath to release is all up to you to live and I encourage to to talk about it even if they don’t wanna hear it. I’d rather release and live then to hold onto it and slowly die or be killed under the burden of life. I’ve come to understand that peace is in you and you have to be the one to walk into.

Oh yes I’ve come to realize!! I am who I am and my problems are not the end of who I am but the strength in who I am becoming.♐️
