They climbin' in yo windows
Lets get this straight first off, I love the outdoors. I was deemed "that hippy kid" all through high school, I've cried in movies whenever nature is being destroyed or animals are being harmed....I even have a freakin' tree tattooed on my wrist. The problem that comes with nature, however, is one key thing - bugs.
I hate bugs with every fiber of my being. They crawl on you with their scratchy little legs and the feeling never leaves. They bite you and make you itch. I understand that we need bugs for the ecosystem and blah, blah, blah, but that does not make me despise their existence any less.
The thing people seem to leave out when you move to the country is that THEY'RE EVERYWHERE! I can't leave any clothes on the floor because a spider will crawl in them (which might be good because it will maybe teach me to be neater), I can't go on the porch at night without 50 (yes, we counted) june bugs/stink bugs/beetles landing on you, and I am constantly haunted by this beetle buzzing into my window screen at night - which is a very creepy sound at two in the morning. Don't get me wrong, living in semi-seclution has its perks. I can dance around naked in my bedroom because only the trees will see, I can sunbathe topless...okay mainly these perks consist of me in the buff, but whatever.
You get the point. I really hate bugs.
