The Pillar
The pillar stands, steadfast
Bearing its share
Of the burden above it
Strong, carved with care
Beautiful stone, it needs
Every brother
To stand alongside it
Supporting each other
And though we may often feel
Lonely and weak
We all play our role
The mighty and meek
To support, bear and uphold
Playing our parts
Holding and strengthening
Those in our hearts
