Nightmare is the big scary boss who rules his part of the city with an iron fist. He doesn't care who you are or what you do, if he wants you dead not even a divinity can prevent you perishing. He definitely let's his wrath control his actions many times, what are people going to do? Stop him? Only if they got a death wish.
Ted's a man of few words and much violence, bashing skulls and getting his hands dirty is his favorite activity. He gets to release anger and gain at the same time? Perfect. Doesn't really like Nightmare, but since he treats this as any other normal job, he assumes it's common to not like your boss.
Killer is Nightmare's right hand man, but calling him his lap dog would be more appropriate. He's happy to slit some throats or break some bones whenever his "owner" snaps his fingers. Truthfully? He uses a facade to hide how he feels towards his boss, because at the first opportunity he'd gladly slit his throat instead.
Dust's like a shadow. If he's there or not, you may never know. Usually the one getting specific information for Nightmare. He doesn't complain and gets the job done rapidly, just like his boss needs.
Cross doesn't want to be a part of this. It was never the life he saw himself having, but a slip here and another there and whoops, he became quite valuable to the crime lord. Now, Cross has nowhere to escape, or else his life is as good as gone.
Error appears around sometimes. He isn't really part of the family, but isn't an enemy either, more like an accomplice or something like that. He does have something in common with Nightmare, hating StarCorp. Unfortunately though, it's for totally different reasons.
