Well I was inspired because I graduated college and we drank so much at the end of the semester and it was showing. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and do 60 minutes of cardio as well as lifting, free weights, crunches, burpees, etc. (about an hour and a half of gym time total). I have been using MyFitnessPal to help me count calories, so I'm not necessarily dieting (I had fried cheese, a cookie, and pizza still today) so much as keep track of portions and such.
I'm more focused on getting fit than losing weight which is a very helpful way to think about it. I actually don't even weigh myself ever. I think it's a stupid number and as long as I'm comfortable with my body I'm happy.
It's also boosted my mood and makes me more pleasant to be around :) Endorphins are legit, yo.
