Okay I know I just sent an ask about a house of leaves leitner but to be honest the book does unironically feel like reading a spiral leitner it’s a rlly interesting horror book so i did think of a legitimate leitner concept for the book

If it were an actual Leitner it would probably cause hallucinations and nightmares, and you find you always want to go back to the book even though you know it’s causing all this stuff, and you just keep going deeper and letting the book take over your life.

Also the book is bigger on the inside probably (I imagine from the outside it looks like it has the book’s normal page count, (709-736 pages) but then it just… keeps going, so you read more and more, and get deeper and deeper into the book with no end in sight until the book physically and metaphorically consumes you, and still it makes no sense)

its so crazy getting all of my house of leaves context from these asks, i most definitely need to get my hands on a copy

There was once a book I read where every single chapter could be read in any order and I read it at least four times over every day for the course of a month and i still feel like I haven't finished it even though I haven't read it in years

one time my grandma got my sister a playmobil set, for some reason only the instruction manual and a gray bit of plastic survived. Doing some internet sleuthing now I cannot find any set matching its description.

This isn't a shitty idea, but I thought you would appreciate that I had the irl version of A Guest for Mr. Spider.

It was about a spider and he invites a fly into his house and the fly tries to stay safe and just do what she came to do but the spider ends up eating her at the end.

10/10 very creepy.

I think it was called The Spider and The Fly?

You can imagine how scary the Mr. Spider episode was for me.
