Finally finished with the submission packet for a literary agent I’ve been low key stalking for a while now. Submissions open tomorrow and I think everything is good to go.
One query letter? Check
One 1-page synopsis? Check
A brief bio (including publishing history)? LOL Check I guess.
The first 10-15 pages of your manuscript? Check.
Wish me luck, guys! ( I need it.)

Do I leave in the scene where the evil boyfriend(?) comes to her in a dream and teases her even though it doesn’t do anything to advance the plot other than build sexual tension with a character that doesn’t show up much until the end? I like the tension, but I feel like it’s pandering.
All the magic in all the world was loose and wild and in many places it was also wicked.
