I have a headcanon that Tony will whisper a really embarrassing moment in Stephen’s life whenever he is talking with someone. This, of course, causes Stephen to get flustered. 

Plus people think that Tony is saying something seductive when really, he is just a little shit that messes around with Stephen way too much.
