hi, tea posting again.
this is ironwort. or shepard's tea or —the way I know it— mountain tea. it slaps. it is fantastic with a bit of honey swirled in there
when I was way younger and I was still going on mountain trips, we used to grab a few when we found them cause they were abundant during the summer months. and at least until a few years back, strong old ladies used to take the hills and gather loads of them that they then sold in little batches. they probably still do, but I haven't seen any wild ironwort being sold in ages, now they are all packaged. but if you are in the regions that wikipedia says it grows, and you find that exact plant, I'd highly recommend grabbing some and making tea. or you could buy it, but that's missing half the fun :P
also, it's the best tea (that I've tried so far) for when you're sick
