MMO AU Concept: The Luxstrom Core
The Luxstrom Core would serve as the final boss of Strelitzia’s game. Strelitzia would have Terra, Aqua, Ven, and Vanitas to help her and the boss would have four phases.
Kairi-Luxstrom
Irradia
Irradia and Luxstrom Core
Luxstrom-Irradia
Kairi-Luxstrom is the first form. For it, the core would fuse with Kairi to protect itself, fusing Destiny’s Embrace to Kairi’s hand with crystalization while Kairi herself has crystals of light covering the rest of her body. The field would transform into a crystallized version of the secret place, with the “doodles” glowing. Kairi-Luxstrom would primarily utilize status conditions and buffs to fight, but deals most direct damage with melee attacks.
After Kairi and the core have been separated, the arena shifts back into the central chamber, Kairi flees with the other Princesses, but Irradia casts a barrier around the now vulnerable core. Irradia herself fights primarily with her Keyblade, Cleansing Judgement, which she sometimes transforms into a whip she likes to call “Disciplinary Action”. She’d primarily use ranged attacks. Defeating Irradia causes her mask to shatter, revealing the mad Keyblade Master’s scars. This causes her to go completely berserk. Unmasked Irradia only has a couple of bars of HP, but defeating her only causes the barrier around the core to drop, letting Strelitzia and the Wayfinder Family attack the Luxstrom Core directly.
When the Core starts to break apart, Irradia herself fuses with it in order to save her Luxstrom. She then becomes a giant, crystallized, angelic figure, and now Strelitzia would have to break through her armor to reach the core, with the arena shifting form to look like the cosmos outside. Defeating Luxstrom-Irradia causes the core (and by extension Irradia) to break apart, leaving Irradia in pieces and unconscious, and causing the Luxstrom to fall apart.
After this, all that would be left to do gameplay wise is escape the Luxstrom, after which the final cutscene would play and Irradia’s days are over.

Alphonse would probably travel with Strelitzia, actually, after she drags him kicking and screaming from an abusive environment because it would go against her very nature to leave him where Irradia could easily get him back.
... That’s it for yesterday folks, see you whenever I wake up.
Okay, while I don’t think this was a big misconception, let me make one thing clear, Xehanort is not responsible for Irradia’s villainy, she was already a fanatic by the time he destroyed her house and scarred her face. Had he not done that, she would’ve been more open about her plans and set them in motion during BBS’s timeframe, possibly unopposed because she’d basically be the model Keyblade Master, powerful, devoted to the light to the degree of fanaticism, and perfectly willing to do what needs to be done to eliminate the darkness. Mickey and the Wayfinder Trio would probably oppose her because she’s hurting innocent people, but I don’t think any other active wielders would have really cared that much.
But then she had to put her plan on hold for at least 13 years, probably more, to avoid getting caught up in Xehanort’s schemes while gradually building up an army of Luminous. While losing to Xehanort made her more unstable, she was already a monster when he met her.
