Japanese Sweet&Sour Fish Event
Japanese server’s doing another weird event... I hope at least some of you find these interesting. Maybe we’ll get it with a different character someday? Who knows.
These red envelopes, dropped by stages, can be exchanged for Hagoita. Hagoita are also given by a login event and a bento system.
Hagoita can be used at this screen to initiate battles, which reward you with ingredients and wine. Wine is used to initiate a special Aizen battle.
The objective of the first battle is to heal this white blob thing to full health, whilst also defending it from this black thing:
The objective of the second battle is to survive 60 seconds being attacked by Amazake and his army.
When initiating Aizen’s battle, this loading screen appears. I forgot to get a screenshot of his battle, but the objective is simply to knock out an aizen being guarded by three cistern monsters.
The ingredients you get from battle can be used to feed these two. Feeding them 100 times nets you a reward,and each feeding also gives you a small bonus like 15 embers or 20 seasoning. Feeding the poor egg man gives you 10 points, and feeding the emperor gives you 50.
Earning points gets you rewards, and Sweet and Sour Fish is priced at 10000. That gives you 10 days to feed the poor egg 1000 times, or 100 times per day. You could also feed the emperor egg 200 times, or 20 times a day.
