It was nice to get out today. I think I was the only one wearing shorts 😳 ok so started out nice and easy and it felt great. Heart rate was exactly where I wanted it to be. Also proud of myself. I didn't get thirsty until after the whole 4 miles. And as you can see I sweat a lot. Ima hot blooded. And you know after this run I got a pizza. Doctor says I can eat anything I want so, until he says different, I'm gonna enjoy. Ok so surf city is coming up soon. I can't wait to see my friends from out of town and meet new friends. Ok have a safe and productive evening. And remember.
