Titebond requires a clamp on joints, they say if you can clamp your joint its 100% bond. If you dont clamp or get a poor clamp lets say you use a screw or tape your reduced to 15% bond. So i re did my trex steps using the #bessyclamps strap with two #irwinquickgrip 600lb. I got squeeze out & a great titebond. Mitering trex can be difficult with inferior blades. I have experienced carbide is not of the quality, blade wobble, does not last as long. Its worth the cash to purchase #fssawblade. I also noticed when making a miter cut even though your cut is smooth & appears to be a 45 it may not be square to the face of the work.
