Throwback to when Buck - who was neither planned nor alerted to be coming over - just waltzed into Christopher’s room - when Eddie wasn’t even home himself, in 414 - and Christopher barely looked up. As if Buck literally just lived there and had come in from the other room.
This is the only image that matters right now

let's put biology vs fatherhood into perspective: Gordon = SPERM DONOR, Paddy = FATHER. so could Aaron just please be = FATHER to Seb without being = SPERM DONOR??? if he's both, that's also FINE but SPERM DONOR DOES NOT EQUAL FATHERHOOD. clearly.
This is a VERY personal topic for me. I have a bio-Dad who wasn’t always very interested in being a father and still isn’t. And my Mom remarried when I was 12. From that moment on my (step)Dad called me and my sisters his daughters. He also had four children he raised as a single Dad before he remarried (plus his niece). We are a large and loud family.
He is my Dad. He worked hard for me to have the things I needed. He has wiped my tears and handed me a glass of whisky when I got my heart broken at 20. I call him when I’m stresssd and need to hear lame Dad jokes.
He. Is. My. Dad.
And my family is made up of siblings and niblings, most of whom are not genetically related to me. I would take a bullet for most of them. (Siblings, am I right?).
I could literally care less, and I know Aaron would too, if Aaron was the sperm donor of any children.
What Aaron wants isn’t to be the genetic parent, what he wants is it be a parent with rights. ED couldn’t have made it ANYMORE clear how much Aaron loves Seb. He’s his Dad. Full stop. Unfortunately the law doesn’t see it that way.
And I can’t believe there are people to where the genetics matter. How sad it must be to believe that it is only the shared DNA that makes your parents love you. Your family love you.
