Goddamn my anxiety has been off the charts! I'm struggling to even like posts on Facebook. Last night I woke Adam up in the middle of the night just to get some reassurance that he wasn't cheating on me (wtf). Then I stayed awake for hours and hours. I am so glad I'm back into exercise. Sometimes you don't realise what you need till you don't have it anymore!
