Everyone is different,not everyone (luckly) has to like the same things. For you and others her shoes are ugly,it's ok,it's an opinion,for others maybe not and maybe they just like wearing them. Respect their opinions and tastes as well. Why this hate? I have seen people actually hating or making fun on the girls that bought them on Instagram. Like,leave people alone. As soon as something they wear makes them feel good about themselves,I don't get what's your problem. From a design point of view, her art looks cheap and that she puts the minimum effort on it and to me the only reason she sells is either because people have bad taste or are obsessed with her.
