Let's ramble about wally feels
Cause like - whenever I think about his position after Depths I just want to curl up and cry because jesus - the woman he loves is about to walk right into enemy territory, into certain danger, and he’s not going to be able to see or talk to her in god knows how long - and yeah, she’s strong, he knows she can handle herself, but Wally has that insecurity of not being able to save those he cares about, and he’s going to wish that he’s right there the whole time - you know, just in case - because he hasn’t been there before and when that happened he lost her.
But then even more, he has to pretend that she’s dead to all of their families and friends. He has to try and make himself seem like he’s going through that grief of having lost her - grief that he has been through before, and basically has to make himself relive again
and jesus this is one of the reasons why i’m so against them faking Artemis’ death just ashjksfhsakjfhhasfa creeyyyyy
