Hi! I’ve been having this question for quite some time. You inspire me a lot and I wanted to ask — how did you start making your comic? I mean, do you already have a full script/scenario, or you only have the ideas (stuck in your head or a document, haha) and you write the scenario for every single chapter?

3 days of fever dream-esque vision and then I started. I have a witness. several people have been following me from the start and can attest that the space between me doodling RGB and starting the comic was 2 weeks and that delay was largely due to not figuring out what the title was for 2 weeks

I have notes on the entire story which I refer to and I thumbnail the chapters when I reach a new chapter to keep my art spontaneuous (how the fuck do you spell that) but seriously the whole idea came to me in a fugue state during which my roomie thought I was sick <:'D

I'm not sure who Rin is (forgive me if I'm missing something obvious here) but omfg. Tumblr moment. What I get for only lurking occasionally.

I'm extremely biased towards RSA considering I've spent the last 3 years of my life ruminating on my Neige x OC fic (you can imagine how many spanners have been thrown into my plans now. Thanks Disney.) but I'm so ready to spend some time there in the story and get to know what it's like!! I've loved Neige so much ever since I set eyes on him so to say I was excited about him being a more prominent character is a severe understatement. I have been Very Normal for the past 20 days.

Thankfully I recently started rewriting my fic and I'm still in the very early stages, so I can change course as we get more info. I weep for the 2023 version of me who didn't fall off and change his mind about what he wanted to do with it. As the No.1 Neige kisser I'm familiar with people who like... didn't like RSA in concept or just found Neige kinda annoying and they were never heard from again but I didn't realise folks were gonna be so opposed to going to RSA. Like having seen the sprites and the fact I can count the individual sequins on Minajael's sleeve, I don't think they're gonna do this, but for all we know these guys are just gonna show up for Book 8 then piss off back to the other end of Sage's Island again until the team decides to trot them out for events😭

Anyway sorry to keep yapping in your inbox I'm just. As I said before, my flabbers are gasted that we aren't all excited about this. Thankfully, as with most things, the staunch NRC lovers RSA haters seem to be the minority. Just a very loud and irritating minority.

And on that neige annoying thing, i joined the fandom around lets say...hmm...we were already a bit into diasomnias book, just getting into the dreams i think on jp side of things? so i had heard A LOT of discourse over Neige as a whole And as someone who played on the jp side of things, i never really found him annoying? This fandom prepared me for a character that sounded far more annoying than he was? hes a sweetheart who literally didnt do anything but nearly get killed

hell i saw tiktoks that made him seem conniving and when i got to it i was like "this is just the goodest boy ever? wtf are we doing"
