I keep fucking listening to this song and thinking about avia and

the arrangement at the beginning is called ‘at the earths curve’ and in my mind I can see it SO VIVIDLY 

a ghost flying along the comsodrome, trying to find its Guardian, a sunset on the horizon 

avia’s ship breaking orbit of the Earth, a tiny dot that flies through the air like a shooting star, and the ghost searches and searches as the ship comes slowly into view

fallen watch the ship go by amongst the clouds, not knowing what it is, not caring 

something grabs the ghost, and it zigzags, trying to figure out what its sensing until it looks up. and sees the ship. avia nestled in the cockpit; her second life long over. 

the ghost floats up suddenly, excited, its shell whirring as its extended, trying to figure out the trajectory of the ship, and whizzes off after it as it fades from view 

the lyrics just so eloquently explain all of avia’s fucked up and mixed up emotions after being revived

thinking about the awoken;

i just. ive never thought about avia’s immediate beginnings so much before I heard the arrangement of this song, (ive been a fan of bring me the horizon for a while and only just saw this particular live version and.) its so avia. its so angry and bitter and jaded, it suits her in that pre-guardian/kinder-guardian phase SO MUCH.
