The main love story sucks, and I have the same problem with this main character that I do with almost every main character. She's not interesting enough. Her story starts and ends with the plot, I wanted to know more about her sister, about her mother, hell I wanted to know more about her servants (this is not an exaggeration Saima and Iqbal would've made a much better main couple)

Which brings me to...why is a Sikh character named Iqbal which to my knowledge is a Muslim name and a Muslim character named Zoravar which I'm pretty sure is a Sikh name cuz it was Guru Gobind Ji's son's name and I wanted to name my son Zoravar if I ever had one

Idk why everyone is head over heels for the main romance they suck
