It's not my job to consider the entire scope of someone else's problems and I shouldn't be expected to come up with or provide solutions unprompted.

Just because you want to help someone and would be okay helping someone doesn't mean you always have to be helping and thinking for them.

Don't be like that.

What do I do if I'm codependent? But it's most just me having strong reactions to wanting those around me to be okay and a lot of my actions being decided by what other people want or need instead of just doing purely what I want?

I feel like a lot of the time my wants are harder to uncover or are very mild in comparison to others as well. So its not like I've been neglecting myself but. I do see myself stepping back from things I'd like to do because I think, oh well maybe I should see how they feel, maybe they'd also like to do xyz. If i do xyz without them, then that'd feel a little inconsiderate.
