Just for clarification:
When I say I feel childish I don’t mean silly or something else. When I feel childish I legitimately act younger, my posture is much looser and slumped, my arms swinging more than normal. I also exaggerate my facial expressions and instead of resting bitch face I sort of pout or something to that effect. I slur words and sometimes just don’t use words entirely just making grabby hands. I also tend to repeat one word over and over again. I tend to walk strange too, like I’ll sort of waddle or toddle around and everything. My attention is also really bad but I relax quite a bit and stop caring so much, more concerned with comfort and entertainment. I don’t know if childish is the right word but it’s the only one that makes sense to me so it’s what I’m using. My voice also gets higher and softer and my vocabulary seems a bit lower (?) than normal. I also flail my arms around and move a lot and my motor skills seem a little lacking. I’m still perfectly capable of thinking to the same standard as usual I just don’t. Like just now I went on a hunt around the house trying to find “the trucks” aka the heavy green blanket with large truck pictures and legitimately clapped in delight when I had my bed set up. And I also sort of toddle after my cat and just say “Scoop!” over and over again as I mime picking her up. I only realized recently it might be a stress thing since it usually happens in Geometry, my last class of my all science/math day, and when I’m really anxious for a while.
