Just for clarification:
When I say I feel childish I don’t mean silly or something else. When I feel childish I legitimately act younger, my posture is much looser and slumped, my arms swinging more than normal. I also exaggerate my facial expressions and instead of resting bitch face I sort of pout or something to that effect. I slur words and sometimes just don’t use words entirely just making grabby hands. I also tend to repeat one word over and over again. I tend to walk strange too, like I’ll sort of waddle or toddle around and everything. My attention is also really bad but I relax quite a bit and stop caring so much, more concerned with comfort and entertainment. I don’t know if childish is the right word but it’s the only one that makes sense to me so it’s what I’m using. My voice also gets higher and softer and my vocabulary seems a bit lower (?) than normal. I also flail my arms around and move a lot and my motor skills seem a little lacking. I’m still perfectly capable of thinking to the same standard as usual I just don’t. Like just now I went on a hunt around the house trying to find “the trucks” aka the heavy green blanket with large truck pictures and legitimately clapped in delight when I had my bed set up. And I also sort of toddle after my cat and just say “Scoop!” over and over again as I mime picking her up. I only realized recently it might be a stress thing since it usually happens in Geometry, my last class of my all science/math day, and when I’m really anxious for a while.
Here’s a little bit of context for anyone actually paying attention to my drama
D is my closer friend who constantly talks bad about my interests and makes fun of me a lot, supposedly as a joke but I don’t know so whatever. I used to have a crush on her and according to her she was a little obsessed with me.
J is my friend who only believes in two genders (I don’t know if he’s changed his mind since my coming out and I’m too afraid to ask) and I actually want to be closer to. We have a weird relationship because he’s only mature when it’s just the two of us, otherwise he’s immature and loud. We also tend to feed off each other’s negativity.
This past summer all my depressive and self deprecating thoughts built up and I cut myself off from everyone, saying it was better for them because I’m toxic and that I needed to learn how to function properly before having friends again. J respected my decision though he did say that he didn’t agree with me whereas D didn’t. She spammed me and wouldn’t stop talking to me and throughout the two weeks (I think) of isolation I realized not having the pressure to talk to people would be beneficial to me as well as everyone around me. But D wouldn’t leave me alone even when I further explained myself and started threatening to harass me at school until I talked to her again. She also said she was trying to save the one friendship she had because supposedly this other girl was moving (she said she was never moving so idk) but basically I agreed to be her friend again out of guilt and the reassurance that we had set boundaries which she has since partly ignored. I talked to my sister throughout this ordeal and she told me to just cut her off and I didn’t listen so now I’m a bit stuck.
So yeah basically I’m a depressed idiot with terrible friends.
My demon cat is being cuddly and I love her.
in the first part she went behind him and jumped up on his shoulders
Martha My Dear, January 10, 1969: George had quit the Beatles earlier that day, but the remaining three Beatles, in uncomprehending shock, carried on without him, though most unproductively. Yoko, seemingly oblivious to the gravity of the day's events, begins to vocally improvise while Paul’s pounding out (of all things) "Martha My Dear," and while John's in the middle of an uncharacteristically serious conversation with Let It Be film director Michael Lindsay-Hogg. As Yoko moan-calls John’s name, Lennon—whether out of irony or genuine annoyance—plays the henpecked husband with an ear-splitting shout in response: "WHAAAAT!?!?" That very moment could be the absolute low point of the whole Get Back madness.
