Like on a more serious note, I can see why a lot of people might not like him - with what he did in KH2 regarding Sora and Kairi, and how he acted toward Axel and Xion and Roxas in Days, but...
Although I still hold him responsible for that, I can’t, just can’t hold it against him.
If someone wants to say that Lea should get all the chances in the world because he’s ready to help Sora and wants his friend back, but doesn’t extend the same chance for a brighter future for Isa, then... that means they’re ignoring the fact that Axel did some pretty terrible shit too, y’know?
All in all, the game is about - as I said to a friend yesterday - the fact that even in the darkest of places, there’s always a spark of light. And the entire theme is about connections between peoples’ hearts!
All in all, I just kinda fell in love with him partly because I’m a sucker for redemption and recovery stories, and partly because even from well before I started shipping it (you can thank my friend for that, haha) I felt like I was stabbed in the chest at seeing Lea facing off against his ‘former’ best friend in 3D.
And I really wish there was more Isa stuff out there, either from before everything happened, or when he’s been de-Norted, because Isa Deserves A Rest. Give him a break.
