I’m an LGBT+ community member who respects my straight allies. I’m a cis female who loves and supports all of my trans and non-binary friends. I realize I’m not better than them, and they aren’t better than me.

I’m so fucking sick of seeing people put down others for being straight and/or cis. You hate being put down for being LGBT+, don’t fucking do it to straight/cis ALLIES. That’s not equality, that’s how you chase allies away.

Allies are here to help us. You think they’re gonna support your ass if you shit on them for being straight/cis? Quit generalizing, start respecting allies. There’s a difference between allies and homo/transphobes. Put down the phobes all you want, but love and respect your fucking allies like they love and respect you.
