Reason number 1 why i still have 2 shakes a day. This past weekend we went away and over 3 days i had 1 shake. I feel fine and all that, but in a matter of days my weird dry skin thing started up again. So jumped right back on it tonight. Skin should be all back to normal in a couple days. I have no idea what ingredient has fixed the eczema. I don't really care. When a shake can help fix what no doctor, lotion, or prescription could why would i ever stop. The shakes combined with intermittent fasting and 24 to 48 hour cleanses have changed my life. Last summer when isagenix announced the new product line i was kind of wondering what the hype was about oils. Always thought it was some voodoo weird stuff. That is because i did not understand. So then i tried one. And then another and boom got one in my holiday pack. So i have my favorites. Lemon to help with energy and waking up. And the best of the best, Content. The Content is in my mind, my biggest helper. It keeps me focused. It curves the munchies. And it makes deep cleanse days a breeze. These oils are simply the best from what i have read. They are comparable or better in price than most others, and they do the job. A few weeks ago there was a story on the news about oils. Sadly Isagenix was not a featured oil. Oh well. What i have seen over the past few months is that everyone has a friend who is an expert in just about everything. That's cool with me. Long post alert I have been a happy isagenix customer for 4.5 years. Some have even jumped on the awesome train. Some stick with it, some don't. I can only help so much. So the thing to realize is that it took a long time for you to need isagenix. Here is one of my friends story. She is not on social media. So this is what she told me. I will call her Happy, to keep her identity hidden. Happy and i have been friends for 13 years. She needed isagenix when i met her. Heck, i did too. When i started she literally told me i was a sucker and got scammed. This stuff never works. Wow, we are still friends and every once in a while i remind her. So i dropped weight amd got in shape. She did not. I stuck with it. She joined a company because of a friend. Loyalty is great and i supported her as much as i could. She let me try her stuff and i gagged. Holy yuck!!! So she quit that. She joined isagenix a year ago. Only put half effort into it and stopped buying a few months later. Last summer she was still drinking ionix (she bought a lot). She had to take a work test and was amazed how super focused she was. She believes isagenix helped her focus! This past January she jumped in with a full head of steam. She is strict and exercising. She has lost over 20 pounds since January. How? Her mindset is there. Her will is there. The results are addictive as heck. She won't quit smoking. That sucks, but i have faith she will. I am super proud of Happy. She is having fun and finally making progress. You see, the truth is it is all in the mindset. I get mocked and ridiculed every day. Guess who is still down a ton of weight and in shape? Everyone has their brother's cousins uncles neighbor who has a better system. Everyone has friends that will tell you Isagenix does not work. Everyone has their own idea of what they need to do. That is great. Go with whatever works. Isagenix works and is sustainable. If money dictates what you buy, in did my own informal non scientific research and guess what. At the end of the day, isagenix is a better deal. We are about to witness millions and millions of people make a go at getting healthy and fit in 2019. That is awesome. My very unscientific study shows that more will quit than stick with it. WHY????? I think too many go at it trying to go all nuts in the gym. That is a huge mistake. The trick is changing your lifestyle. Diets do not work. You have to change. I have had incredible success with isagenix. It is simple and once you get rolling it becomes a part of your every day. If you are one of the millions that will give it another try in January, i urge you to look at isagenix. I have a document prepared highlighting the most important thing, price!!!! If money dictates what you do, you are not ready. If you add up the crap food you eat and try to find a whole balanced meal in a shake for less than 3 bucks you will instantly see the value. Before Isagenix, I could barely walk. I developed a foot disorder in both feet that made it almost unbearable to go up and down my stairs, let alone get through an 8 hour shift at work.
