You really did try. Really. You really did try to study for you geography test. You went to the library. You brought your text books, your notes, your fancy stationary (the coloured highlighters and the index cards, the things that only come out at exam time). It really wasn’t your fault that Isaac said he wanted to study too and it wasn’t your fault that your boyfriend, your cute, adorable, hot boyfriend, decided that studying was the least of his concerns. So you see you really had tried to study for your geography test, but a certain curly haired, tall, beautiful boyfriend just got in the way.
It’s really not your fault that you’re behind a tall stack of books, Isaac pressing sweet kisses to your neck. It’s really not your fault that you’ve completely forgotten that you’re supposed to be studying or what ‘geography’ even is, is it a planet? Perhaps a shape?
It’s just nice…the best way to describe how you’re feeling. Warm, comfortable, and completely dazed. The press of Isaac’s lips first to your neck and then to your lips is intoxicating and it really is hard to focus on anything when they’re moving so sweetly against your own. You’ve forgotten the book you were looking for and you pay so little attention that it takes screaming to make you realise that the librarian is standing there red faced, arms crossed, brow furrowed, ready to lob something heavy at the both of you.
But, it really isn’t your fault that she promptly kicks you out and you have to do a literal walk of shame with love bits up and down your neck, mussed hair, and a unused stack of geography books. It’s not your fault at all. After all, it really is Isaac’s fault for being so terribly distracting and so terribly handsome.
