Foods
Banana, coffee Salad Brussel sprout, butternut squash and sausage hash
Dinner was freaking amazing! I just thought those things would go together really well and then low and behold I found a recipe for them :) the recipe did call for bacon instead but I had this very yummy homemade breakfast sausage begging to be eaten. I should have taken a pic. It was so beautiful.
We have been pretty good this week. We did go out to eat last night and my dinner did have some rice and I did have a skinny margarita (100 calories) and afterward I did have a Reese’s peanut butter cup lol soooo yeah that happened. I didn’t feel bad about it at all. If my worst thing all week and the only thing I ate with sugar was one pkg of candy then I’m ok with that.
On a side note, Aunt Flo came 4 days early. Does the diet have anything to do with this? Idk. I’m usually very right on time. Like down to the hour. Oh well, this is probably a good thing because I have that lovely yearly appointment next week and I would have had to reschedule it.
I put these personal details in my blog and I sometimes wonder if anyone even reads them. It’s kind of like keeping a journal and then laying it on the table for anyone to read. I sometimes think about putting very personal intimate details here just to see what would happen. Like if I ran out in the street naked would anyone even notice?
Eczema update: Hands have been pretty itchy last 2 days. A little bit of peeling. Nothing on a big scale tho. They are definitely improved. I’m really going to try to avoid eggs, gluten and dairy as much as possible to see if this leads to a full remission of this stupid skin failure. If it does then it will be worth it and I will be healthier for having left dairy and gluten behind me. I will forever mourn the loss of my beloved eggs Benedict though :(
