Some assorted @astralbodies-au related things and two doodles related to my (very slow-going) fic, A Field by the River.

I like the concept of Astral Bodies getting the human world back eventually for the potential angst of readjusting to humans and separating the dysfunctional bonded pair of wet cats that are AB Frin and Loop. (AB Loop being stuck in a space world forever also has its own styles of angst potential, though)

Also @anch0-a suggested AB Loop's eye socket could glow without them knowing because they always have the eye patch on and it's a fun concept

So I've been very, very slowly working on a fic of Loop turned human (and using the name Field because that's my postgame name for Loop--especially human Loop--for silly reasons) and ending up traveling with my girl River for a bit.

These are inspired by some scenes in it! The second one is based on a dream sequence and I wanted to get the visual. It's not exact to how it goes in story but it's close enough.

In Stars and Time AU version of my OC River!!

River's a traveling entertainer who's lived in Vaugarde as long as she can remember. She's a combo of loud, rude, sassy, and sweet with a fascination for stories and the world around her. She frequents taverns, Houses of Change, and libraries for the atmosphere and access to information.

As for what River's trying to find info on? Well, she's not even sure. But she thinks it's important.

I like to imagine her and Loop hanging out because I feel like they would be fun together :') I actually even am very slowly making my way through writing a fanfic with her and my human AU of Loop, Field. It's chaos.

Summary:

Post-game, Loop (AKA Field) has a dream and wakes up suddenly human. They have a generally bad/weird/chaotic time. A traveling entertainer named River finds them and adopts them as her responsibility. Field has a promise to keep with Siffrin, so they set off to find the fella. Shenanigans ensue.

I want them to be FRIENDS but we're not there yet. Please bear with me. :')

(This is going to be very VERY slow to update and a high likelihood of not being finished... just here for fun and vibes)
