okay let me explain.. change is amazing until it's not, obviously i know this but as a human hearing you're amazing everyday and then suddenly not hearing anything but silence isn't what you want. and the fact that this is happening currently makes me the most frustrated and upset i have ever been. so change sucks. but only when it's not amazing.

The feeling after a binge: horrible. I feel like a disgusting pig. I've made a huge effort to eat healthy and all I do is f*cking everything. I'm such a failure. I'm supposed to eat lots of fruits and veggies, not chips and junk food with lots of fat. The "good" thing is that this week's caloric deficit balances today's binge, but I'm still afraid I'll gain weight. One day won't make me fat, will it? My eating disorder says yes, my brain says no. There's a fight in my mind right now.
