I saw that you shared a prompt list! If you're still taking requests from that... Can I request "You should smile more." for Jumin. Like he smiles and that comment is whispered by the person that saw him smile because his smile is precious, but he listened because of course he listened even if it was said really low since it was not the intention of the other person to say it out loud.
Jumin oftentimes didn’t know it but the longer that he was around you and the longer that he had the chance to work on not only himself but the way that he reacts to things around him, you had begun to notice little things.
There were a lot of little details about him that you had taken to your memory and you cherished them as if they were a gift given to you with a smile. In fact, it was his smile that meant the most to you. He often lost in thought and kept a straight face that many said made him a robot.
But, you knew him better than that.
Jumin had a heart bigger than the world knew. You knew his kindness and you knew how great he was. He had taken some time to learn how great he was on his own, but he was in a better place now that he was with you these days. It is a testament to his confidence to accept his loss and move on.
He was ready to walk forward with you at his side, not caring who thought less or more of him because of it. It was his choice and he was happy with you, and it showed in the way that you shared your time together.
Tonight was no different, you were both outside sharing a glass of wine on the walk-out, looking over the city as the lights flickered and glimmered with signs of life and the mayhem even in the dead of night. You watched him as he watched the view of the city.
There was a faint smile on his face as he let himself breathe in the world that he shared with you, and that look in his eyes stole your breath away. It always did, and it always would. In spite of yourself, you felt yourself whispering aloud, “You should smile much more often, Jumin.”
And, he turned to look at you, those dark eyes catching yours with a hint of intrigue and interest. He chuckled as the heat rose to your face and you tried to sputter an excuse to cover your tracks. He leaned over and brushed a strand of hair from your face.
“I’ll always smile for you, darling,” he said, idly. “You are the greatest treasure I have ever received.”
