Hi guys, so what I wanna say is something that might offend a few people but it's really important to say this..as with time our fandom has grown in number and hence there are a lot of people who are really young and maybe don't understand how the real world works or how their actions might actually affect real life things.
Lately, on Instagram, there is a lot of and by lot I mean, in excessive amount, ishman content that is truly too much, weird and ajeeb literally, ofcourse we love shipping ishan and shubman due to their precious bond and uncanny chemistry, and they themselves don't seem to have too much of problem by this whole shipping thing either, as their/ their families occasional likes on different shipping content tells us. But, but guys there's a limit to everything, like I've been in this fandom from probably 2023, and I've seen a lot of content since than, but lately the kind of reels, posts, shippers are posting on Instagram are... Kinda embarrassing and a little too explicit sometimes, they don't seem to have basic decency or respect towards neither ishan nor shubman, na toh as a person na hi as a player, they don't seem to shy away from straight away portraying them as husband wife, or whatever alpha beta shit, all this is ok, on Wattpad and all, cause it's a closed off community, if someone is going to that site they are most probably aware of the kind of content they're about too see, but on a social site like Instagram seriously, some of the reels, suggest such shameful, and disrespecting things that I feel ashamed to even mention them, and than comes the comments on these kinda reels, I saw a comment literally saying S should try **** position with I, and I was like what the actual fuck ... People seem to forget that they are not some actors from korean, or thai bl, who are doing fanservice for your interest, or happiness, they are REAL people, and have a real genuine relation, be it friendship or something else. The kind of of reels you all are making on social media, taking them as some fictional character whom you can mould in whatever way you want, is literal clownery and this thing has started to make me feel very uncomfortable in this fandom these days.. i won't say the name of people who are doing this but if you're understanding what i mean, you would know very well..
And No, I'm not homophobic, I love them so much, I love shipping them, I love reading their fics and all, but in a way that they are respected and that doesn't implies any unconfirmed tags on them.. I hope more people would understand this..and have a respectful take while shipping them, I don't want another jugnu fiasco, which will put question marks on our fandom.
