Trying to invite people is giving me a headache, so
We’re here, We’re Queer, And we don’t drink Beer
i’ve made a community for queer muslims!
There are so many struggles queer muslims face from a mix of homophobia and islamophobia, to guilt about being born the way they are. And the best way to deal with struggles is through community and asking for help.
It’s important for Queer Muslims to band together in this isolating world, learning how to wholly accept themselves and Islam. So even if you don’t join the community (though I encourage you to), pop in every now and then!
