Ardbeg Day on 2nd June is fast approaching when ‘Grooves’ will no doubt be enjoyed by the case load! 🥃😀’Grooves’ is so named because the re-toasted red wine casks #drbill and @mcc_brendan used were intensely charred to create heavy grooves in the surface of the wood. They did this to produce more intense flavours of ‘smoked spices, distant bonfires and chilli-seasoned meats’.
