Ardbeg Whisky Dolce

Ardbeg Dolce is a special release from the renowned Ardbeg Distillery, famous for its bold and smoky single malts from the Scottish island of Islay. This edition combines the traditional, robust Ardbeg character with a Mediterranean flair, resulting in a whisky that is both rich and well balanced.

Matured in casks that previously held sweet dessert wine, Ardbeg Dolce offers a fascinating interplay of aromas. Intense notes of peat smoke are complemented by honey, vanilla, candied fruit, and delicate spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with a harmonious balance between sweet creaminess and Islay’s signature maritime character.

Ingredients:

20ml angel hair chilli pineapple rum

15ml Ardbeg

12.5ml amaretto

7.5ml pineapple skins syrup (cinnamon myrtle, clove, vanilla, pink pepper & brown sugar)

dash bitters

Instructions;

Stir all ingredients with ice, smoke, and serve.
