Issac and Colin showing up with Will to ask Nate if he'd come back to Richmond. Just. The layers.

The kitman went to two people who bullied kitman Nate because he trusts them to be discreet and helpful in getting Nate back.

Issac and Colin who were both SUPER ANGRY (along with the rest of the team) at seeing Nate tear down the sign.

Issac and Colin, who clearly found out Nate had apologize to Will and were willing to go with Will to find Nate and see if he wanted to come back.

And they showed up with kindness and grace to ask if Nate would come back. And respected that he didn't want to. AND THEY CHECKED WITH THE REST OF THE TEAM BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP.

That's how you show growth. That's how you let Nate see that they've grown.
