I have noticed, since I happen to read your lil posts sometimes, is it stress at work that makes you cry in and out?

Its a mix depending on the night- but its usually: stress for a busy dinner rush at a horribly managed restaurant, lack of support from co-workers who are usually there specifically to help my station, a lot of existential dread/depression, and frustration at management not providing basic tools to make rushes more logically manageable, and the fact that I typically work 8+ hours without a break so I dont get a chance to calm myself on busy nights

Things in your life really don’t be seeming like a lot until you have to start explaining and teaching these things to others- then realize. I’m over here trying to teach my sister how to take subways, trains, and buses in LA by text, and I’m just over here like damn... is this all I had to go through !?
