This movie was wonderful.

Recently, Disney has been stressing the validity and value of a non-romantic relationship--they emphasized this with Frozen and the sisterly relationship between Elsa and Anna. They've begun instilling the sentiment that true love--especially in the form of a true love's first kiss--is not always borne of romance. While Frozen displayed the love between sisters, Maleficent displayed the love between a "mother" and a daughter, and how the family you are born to by blood is not always the best one.

Maleficent lived up to this standard of universal love. Not to mention that the movie was amazingly funny and gorgeous in terms of CGI and creativity.

I would recommend this movie to all audiences. It's PG-rated and perfect for everyone.
