It’s almost unbelievable for me to think about how 14 years ago I was just a scared closeted teen lesbian sneaking on forums to talk to other sapphic gals. 

Or that I’ve been out for 12 years.

Or that I’ve been with the love of my life for over 10 years.

Or that I’m legally married to her now.

Or that every year I can go through the LDOV tag and see so many amazing proud people and feel less and less alone.

It’s unbelievable how every year more and more people of all kinds are becoming more and more visible and empowered. I never would’ve guessed that as a kid.

Anyhow I’m just feeling really amazed and happy and proud!
