Job Interview is always a challenge, which brings nervousness and stress. Ordinarily a job interview is understood to be one sided; where interviewers ask questions and candidate answers. The questions asked by the candidate have three important aspects. ONE: he has understood the requirement and responsibilities of the job and readiness for challenge. TWO: an expression of his willingness to accept the job and natural inquisitiveness to know more about the job. THREE: to get information, will one be adding to his/her skills and knowledge, will it be a rewarding opportunity.
The answer to first two makes him a job suitable and answer to third helps candidate to decide whether he should accept the job or not.

While asking question, a candidate should frame proper question and be cautious for following thing.
Ask open ended question.
Question should be short and clear.
Avoid "why" question
To see that the questions are neither offensive nor it have hint of desperation.
Avoid leading or loaded question.
