i quite honestly find it absolutely ridiculous how logan is no longer in the sport , he's doing his own thing , he's out trying to get a job in another motorsports series , and yet the commentators refuse to shut up about him .

truly , they are acting like his biggest fans with how often they have to mention him , how often they need to compare him to franco . and i find it ridiculous how its their job to comment on the sport and bring up important information to fans and yet the refuse to acknowledge the fact that franco is driving a completely different car than the one logan was driving .

just my two cents on today's quali . it was quite infuriating to watch how they continously had to bring logan up into the conversation only for them to tear him to pieces . it's ridiculous , disgusting , and quite honestly it's starting to become unprofessional . just leave him alone , there is truly no need to continue to talk about him in such a poor manner .

and don't even get me started on the fucked up free practice graphics.

Cafe/Bakery AU

A/N: My credentials is that I work in a cafe/bakery. I want to quit. Somebody save me pls. Also you can either imagine these are 7 different cafes for each different dorm, or one huge one run by all of them together - either way is funny in my opinion lmao.

Riddle Rosehearts

Works in the very back following the bible (recipe book written by Trey) to the very letter. He originally worked out front as manager (and/or owner depending on if you want 7 diff cafes or 1 big one), and while he still does manage everyone, he was just recently forced into the back kitchen due to exploding on a customer. That was when Trey's enabling came to a stop and he was banished until he could fully get his temper under control. Was very begrudging about it, but was aware of how bad (rule-breaking) blowing up on a customer was.

Trey Clover

The author of the bible (recipe book), lead manager despite what Riddle may think, and the glue that keeps everything running. He is one of the best with the customers, by far the best in the kitchen, and has heat-resistant hands for washing dishes. He is overall the best employee without question, likely due to growing up as the oldest son in a bakery. He takes great care of his co-workers and is the person EVERYONE wants to have a shift with. His only flaw was his issue with enabling Riddle's explosive behaviours, leading to a fight with a new hire (Ace) and an incident with a regular customer (Yuu).

Cater Diamond

The (self-appointed) social media manager, while his primary job is as a barista. He's great with customers, but often gets distracted with his side hustle that he claims is 100% bringing in new business. Additionally, he often pushes his work onto new hires. However, when he does lock in, he has INSANE multitasking skills. When Riddle isn't paying attention, he is definitley breaking health and safety codes by doing at least four different tasks at once, yet somehow he pulls it off without incident (yet).

Deuce Spade

The hardest worker in the entire cafe. Despite being one of the newest hires, he somehow works harder than everyone else. Whether it's a fear of being a burden, or just his nature, he somehow managed to get Riddle's rare praise through his self-discipline and determination. One day, the regular customer Yuu asked why he did work so hard, and he explained it was because of his former delinquent behaviour that got his struggling mother a bad reputation and therefore made her suffer even more in finding work. But, his largest flaw is his lack of intuition, requiring step-by-step orders for every task he's given. As well as his tendency to get into trouble or fights with his co-worker Ace.

Ace Trappola

It is a MIRACLE this boy got hired. The only reason he did was because his older brother used to work there and managed to beg the owner (either Crowley or Riddle depending on your view of the cafe) to hire him. He's often disobedient, does his own thing, gets into fights, and only really listens to Trey (sometimes). The only reason he is allowed to stay is because of his brother, and the fact he is paid near-below minimum wage. Riddle originally forced him to be a dishwasher after realising how difficult he would be to discipline, but that didn't go well. He would complain the water was burning his hands, and make it colder, which hardly actually cleaned the dishes. Then, he would complain about back problems. The straw that broke Riddle's back was when he went way too slow and wasn't getting clean cups to the coffee machine fast enough.

Pomefiore

Vil Shoenheit

Absolutely runs the cafe to its best possible performance. The aesthetics, atmosphere, webpage and uniform are better than anywhere else in the cuntry. He upholds the appearance to the absolute extreme, and has built his fame accordingly to support the business. However, it's not just superficial. The customer service beats anywhere else in a ten-block radius and the menu is built with meticulous care. Vil trains the staff to have the highest grace and manners, managing and disciplining them justly (especially compared to Riddle). However, he HATES washing dishes. Not because he's necessarily stuck up or thinks it will sully his appearance, not entirely at least. He's aware of how vital the task is. He just despises the unknown textures and boiling water that prunes his hands.

Rook Hunt

The peak performance of customer service. He works out front constantly, often engaging in friendly (yet strangely complex.. and French) conversation with customers when he's not busy. When he is busy in the kitchen, he works especially well with meat-based pastries like sausage rolls and beef pies (I'm Australian okay? I don't know what other products are made with meat). Vil frequently uses him as the prime example of what the staff should be like manners wise. That being said, he has occasionally made customers uncomfortable with his persistent marketing/promotion of the goods.

Epel Felmier

Honestly hates working. He doesn't entirely know how he got here, but he's doing it anyways. He actually prefers dishwashing over any other job. Aside from decorating the fruit pastries like fruit tarts and pavlovas. But with dishwashing, he can honestly just zone out while he lets his hands do all the work. Problem is, he often goes too slow when he's fully out of it. Not to mention the weird textures in the water. After a while, he just learns to ignore it so he doesn't risk gagging constantly. However, he still finds it better than Vil's 'gracefullness' lessons to serve out front. And it's nice he doesn't usually have to talk to customers.

Hey. So. what the fuck are you talking about. What the fuck do you mean trans men specifically are a "homicidal community" did you get it mixed up? Did you get it mixed up somewhere in your stupid fucking head that cis and trans are swapped? Is it opposite day for you?

On a serious note, there's just so much to address here..

1. Saying "transmale" (typically used for binary trans men, he/him) and ONLY referring to him as "it." is disgusting and dehumanizing.

2. Just by a simple fucking google search :

Transgender individuals are responsible for 1.2% of all reported homicides.

68% of homicides involving transgender victims are committed by cisgender individuals.

I don't need to look any further than that (beyond the well-known statistics of men being responsible for most homicides) to see that overwhelmingly: It's fucking stupid to project and blame trans men for the actions of cis men.

And REGARDLESS we shouldn't be dehumanizing and villainizing an ENTIRE GENDER because that's literally what the men they complain about do when they call women "bitches, sluts, whores, cunts," etc.

It's just strange. It's REALLY fucking strange. They're literally just projecting shit onto transmascs to blame an entire gender and community for things that NEVER HAPPENED.

Even further though.. This is just solid fucking evidence this kind of behavior clearly comes from a radfem/terf pipeline. Except instead of blaming trans women, or blaming cis men.. they.. blame trans men. Solid logic. Really finding the most centrist position here between radfems and terfs. (And yes, I know terfs are an extension of radfems, but typically- Most non-terf radfems blame all of society's problems on men and say we should all be misandrists and genocide against cis men.. And terfs blame society's problems on trans women (often for being "secretly men" and therefore evil.))

It's their version of a "compromise" I guess. To say "all men are evil," but also "we should support all women including lgbt women!" So it turns into "okay, fiine.. we'll support trans women because they're women.. but not the evil gender like trans men." It's just a bunch of contradictions leading to mental gymnastics, really. Like, yes, we should support all women, but demonizing men isn't "supporting women," it's just finding another target to attack instead.

(And, before anyone says "this is a psyop," or "this is a common bot/troll" or whatever- My point still stands, because there are people who justify their hatred of trans men with this 'logic.' Even if this specific person is fucked, there are still other people out there who genuinely make and agree with stupid arguments like this.)

If you want a lighthearted end to this stupidity.. The first time I read OOP's post I got confused why they were being so violent about describing a trans man getting glasses/contacts. Took a while for the realization to set in, lol.
