I want to write a college AU where Ritsuka, Mash and Mordred are roommates. And they're a friend group with all three of them being like "if they asked me to kiss them I would" about the other two XD

This idea all stems from @same-old-cliche sharing fanart of Mordred wearing glasses and it gave me the idea of Ritsuka and Mash dragging Mordred to an eye doc because his vision is terrible, despite him thinking it's just normal to struggle to read small print sjkhfgfd

Of course I'm not confident enough about knowing everything about the Fate universe so I'm just going to drop them into a real world college AU, as I am one to do lol. Mash is a literature student, Ritsuka is undecided on a degree and is just gen ed for now, and Mordred is a track and field athlete (and also gen ed I suppose? idk I just really like the idea of track star Mordred :P)

Feel free to ask me more about this AU, questions often help me flesh out ideas.

Do these three even have a ship name? Are my friend and I the first people to think of this??

Thank you for asking! My Ren is nonbinary and uses he/him, they/them, and she/her pronouns. I like to mix the pronouns around so they’re all used (I’m assuming you’re asking because of the pronouns). I figured that might affect ease of readability a bit, but I love nonbinary!Ren so I wanted to do something like that

I think everything I write from now on is going to be trans in some measure. I'm done being ambiguous about it out of a worry of harming the fragile sensibilities of an imagined reader who can't bring themself to engage with something if their fave is trans in it. I can't keep making myself care about that. My work isn't for transphobes or anyone with hangups regarding trans people. My work is for me. I just want to share it because I'm proud of it.

All the time I hear people who fly a lot for their jobs or for whatever other reason say that flying sucks, but as someone who can count on one hand the number of times they've taken a trip via airplane in their life, I long for a job that involves a lot of travel and flying. I really love the idea of being able to go to a ton of different places, even if it's just for a short time in order to complete some task. Plus, just the experience of a long flight just seems kind of nice. Packed into my little space with a book or my laptop. I know if I were to get a job like that I'd probably sour on all the flying rather quickly, but for now I'll just keep longing.

As someone who lives in the UK, I can promise you, you don't want to eat at Greggs. Its literally just an overpriced bakery chain. It's literally the McDonald's of Bakeries. When it comes to Weatherspoons though, just be sure to check online to see if the one you go to is actually any good.

Don't get me wrong, I know Greggs is a big chain and I'd generally be better off eating at local restaurants wherever I am, but the main reason I want to eat at Greggs is to have the one-time experience, to know what Brits are talking about when they talk about Greggs. Same for Spoons, I just wanna experience it. "When in Rome, do as the Romans do" ya know?

My usual approach to traveling has always been less about the sight-seeing and landmarks and more about experiencing the community and environment of the place I'm visiting. Like when I went to New York when I was younger, sure I saw a couple of landmarks, but the parts of the trip I most enjoyed were the moments that gave me a glimpse at what living there was like - riding the subway, walking around the various parts of the city, eating at tiny family-owned restaurants, and the hot dog stands lol. I felt more connected to the city than I would've if we'd just stuck to touristy stuff like Times Square and Lady Liberty, etc.
