It’s mostly a porn term as far as I know? My knowledge of it is limited, but it’s short for ‘futanari’, which I think means ‘transformation’ in Japanese, and is a term widely used for women with dicks in hentai, and that there’s 4chan discourse whether balls are included in the package or if the term is only for ball-less hermaphrodites. (Discourse sure is weird)
