People are still trying to convince themselves that Hellyna is masquerading as Helly R because they don't want to accept what the show has been them over the heads with ever since Helly R and Dylan's conversation (and even before that).
The bridge between Hellyna and Helly R is not that of two diametrical opposites but that of id and ego. Helly R is just the Hellyna that hasn't been suppressed and conditioned to achieve perfection at the expense of herself. The finale is just an extension of this. So it's not surprising that Helly R and IMark chose themselves over the makers that effectively doomed them to hell in the first place.
