Hey because of tumblr’s new rules, I just deleted a whole bunch of saved url’s/side blogs that I had, some of them I actively used but I haven’t been very active in general so just deleted all of them.

Oh and ill detail a fuller explanation for what happened, but the short of it is i got suspended for url hoarding (lmfao thats such a stupid way to put it bc it makes it sound Wrong and openly malicious; i got suspended for creating urls for too many gift change projects and then not doing them basically)

Yes i know everyone does it and everyone forgot it was Illegal™, but this is a friendly reminder that it IS against policy and tumblr WILL suspend you (often for multiple days, as i was) without warning and with very little communication (at one point i went 54 hours without hearing from support at all). And yes they WILL make you delete all of your blogs with no posts. So if you have urls held by side blogs or side projects you never completed, be sure to post a few posts to them now and again. Tumblr takes this far more seriously than literally any other violation of their policy

yknow if you’re gonna be a dick and save a shitton of urls that you “give away,” you should maybe at least put your main blog in the title/bio of the saved so people who don’t know you can still contact you and get it
