It had been a few years since they'd finally gotten out of Charming, he'd listened to her cries and followed her up to Oregon after she left with the boys. To say that it had taken her by surprise to see him there was an understatement. Part of her really  wished he would but she hadn't expected it. For a long time that had been the happiest day of her life. Until their little girl graced them with her presence for the very first time.  

That little girl brightened up her entire life. Though, that might have also been the fact that for the first time they were a real family, the five of them. No threats, no near death experiences. Hearing the whimpering over the baby monitor, she glanced over at Jax before moving Thomas off her lap and making her way to the purple nursery.
